Mixed Media Artisans

is a retail craft gallery offering the work of over a dozen Cape Breton Island Artisans. The craft gallery is an artisan run cooperative offering traditional and contemporary craft and visual art. Many of the artisans have honed their skills in traditional crafts and then bring a fresh new approach to the work.

The display at the craft gallery is a mix of high quality production work as well as one of a kind pieces so customers can chose from vibrant new work on a regular basis. Mixed Media Artisans provides a friendly and relaxed atmosphere to find wonderful unique items for you or your home.

The craft gallery is open daily in July and August and for Cruise Ship visits during May, June, Sept, and Oct. We are also happy to take appointments during the spring and fall season.

We are located in the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion on Sydney's waterfront at 74 Esplanade or just look for the Big Fiddle.
